Founder/Managing Director
Samuel Ofomata is a dynamic entrepreneur, driven by a passion for technology and business. Armed with a BSc in Business Administration, he has founded and led numerous successful ventures.
As Founder and Managing Director of Pharma’art Drugs Limited, he steers strategic growth and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. Samuel is also the visionary mind behind Pirate Parrot, an app combining cutting-edge anti-piracy tech with a secure e-commerce platform for verified consumer products in Nigeria, demonstrating his commitment to solving industry challenges.
Pharm. Mrs. Judith Ozioma
Chief Pharmacist
Pharm. Mrs. Judith Ozioma is a dedicated and self-motivated pharmacist driven by her passion for exceptional patient care and efficient pharmacy management. With extensive experience as a superintendent pharmacist in various pharmaceutical organizations, she excels in patient consulting and sourcing high-quality medications. Holding a PharmD degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria, she champions health awareness campaigns on topics such as cancer, antibiotics stewardship, and drug misuse. As the Chief Pharmacist at Pharma’Art Drugs Limited, she will be leading the quality assurance and operations of the company.
Chioma Ezike
Head of Marketing
With over two decades of journalism experience, Chioma Ezike currently serves as Assistant Director Editorial at the Federal Radio Corporation Of Nigeria, Lagos Operations. She also heads “ILLUMINATE COMMUNICATIONS,” specializing in brand promotions, scriptwriting, radio, and TV jingles, and social media management. Her accolades include “Best IT Reporter Of The Year (Broadcast)” at the Nigerian Mobile Economy Awards and “Most Outstanding ICT Editor Of The Year (Electronic Media)” at the African Digital Awards. Chioma holds a Mass Communications degree from Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, a Master’s in Communication Studies from Lagos State University (LASU), and is an active member of NITRA and the Association Of Nigeria Tourism Journalists.
Nnadi Flora Chidinma
Head of Finance
A successful Auditor. Recognized for the ability to plan strategically and maintain accuracy in documentation of accounts and reports.
Strengths includes:

She’s highly skilled and results oriented individual with a solid academic foundation holding a B.Sc Degree in Economic from Imo State University and also a Chartered Accountant, ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants).
